Outstanding service from the initial call for an estimate to the install of the new water heater. Sam and Ben had the old unit out and the new unit in and operational in one hour and fifteen minutes. I highly recommend NC Water Heater to anyone needing service or replacement.

This morning I awoke to an inch of water on my downstairs floor when my water heater decided it was done. Ben and Sam came to my rescue this afternoon. Not only were they early, (major kudos), but the were kind and friendly. They made me feel at ease even though my house was a mess from trying to clean up water all morning. They kindly explained what they were doing along the way and engaged in conversation that made the time fly by. I know that next time I need plumbing or electrical work they are my first call!Thank you Sam and Ben for all you did!

Can’t say enough great things about NCwaterheaters. From Dave, the owner, who was first to come out and provide a quote personally; spending hours on several visits to discuss various projects. He’s honest, non-pushy, helpful and even recommended another company over himself, that could do something for a better price. Jeremey the carpenter in their home services division is attentive and helpful, and Kayla (admin) is always prompt with quotes and a pleasure scheduling work with. I’ve had them install a new 50-gal water heater, and do various projects (other divisions) and they’ve been a one-stop-shop for me. The stress is eliminated when working with this team! Highly recommend.

He took the time to explain all the options available to me and helped me choose the perfect Rheem Hybrid Hot Water Heater for my home.The installation process itself was smooth and efficient. Brandon and his crew worked quickly and with precision, ensuring that everything was installed correctly and up to code. They also took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving no mess behind.Now, onto the hot water heater itself. I couldn't be happier with my new Rheem Hybrid. Service team friendly, respectful and patient with condo security procedures, and careful to avoid collateral damage when removing and installing 50 gallon water heater from 1100 square foot small space condo.

Quick service on a Saturday morning! Woke up with a broken hot water tank (and learning a lesson of don't store your hockey gear in front of the hot water tank). They were here in less than 2 hours and fixed it before the hockey gear could dry out! The weekend price was completely reasonable, especially when considering having no hot water for 2 days AND having to call off work on Monday to have it done.

Jason and Ryan came out to install a new water heater and recirculating pump, as well as inspect our ejector pump.They were on time, gave great communication throughout the install, and did an excellent job. The office staff, Dave and Kayla, were great to work with as well in getting the estimate and setting up the install appointment.I would definitely recommend NC Water Heaters!

Stay away from these guys can you say rip off artist. First I have a Rheem water heater and it is under warranty by Rheem. So i called Rheem and they sent over NC Water Heater to install a part that they Rheem sent to use to be in replace. So we had someone install our water heater but they used the same vents as before from our old Rheem water heater. So they said we needed the original that came with the system. I said ok just send us a quote for the vent and labor no problem. Big Problem they gave us a quote of $720 for the vents. Seriously that is more for the water heater and vents a new one. Our water heater was a little over $600 and they are asking for $720. I ended up purchasing the vents online for $350 myself. Then $950 for labor which would have been around 30 minutes of work. Plus $50 if we used a credit card to pay. Wow Total for very thing $1,841.18I purchased the new vent for $350 they wanted $720 a Joke plus labor of $950. I paid a certified plumber a lot lot less than that. It is now fixedShop around before you sign up with these guys

We highly recommend NCWaterHeaters. They were very responsive, giving an estimated time of arrival, and communicating they were on their way. The technicians Jason Tew and his partner (we didn’t catch his name) were very friendly and courteous (explained and showed us reasons for the issue) and cleaning up upon completion.Again, very pleased.

We discovered our old unit was leaking and they were able to come out same day to replace it. Jason the technician was on time and within 2 hours we had a new water heater. Jason was kind and explained all my questions and how to maintain our unit. So thankful for the quick turn around. Our new water heater (tank) heats way faster than our old one and we get hot water within 30 seconds! Super impressed!

Really good experience with these guys replacing my water heater. They really made a normally painful experience into something easy. Everything was taken care of from responding to my inquiry on a Saturday afternoon to am install the following Friday afternoon when I chose to have them install it. Their reps were very knowledgeable and professional, both online and in-person. I'll gladly use their services again when needed. Top notch company!

I am extremely impressed with this company. When I needed a new water heater, I contacted at least 7 different plumbers in the area, trying to find someone who performed quality work at a reasonable price. I was informed by a few companies that, due to the location of my water heater (long story), I would need extra construction services, I’d have to downsize my tank, etc. I was ready to accept the whole process was going to be a nightmare and cost a ridiculous amount of money. The professionals at NC Water Heaters were able to get the job done right without excess construction, no downsizing, and at an awesome price.Most importantly, on the day of service, they had the opportunity to “up-charge” me on an issue that I was clueless about. Instead, they were immediately upfront, honest, and even helped me save money. They were actually looking out for me instead of trying to get an extra dollar.It’s so valuable in a larger area to find a company and people you can trust. From now on, they are my go-to and I will be recommending them to everyone.

We just moved to the Triangle and purchased a whole home catalytic carbon water filter and water softener for our new construction home. We were in need of a qualified plumber to install the system. On the first connection with the company, the president, David, called me to discuss the job. He spent a lot of time discussing the job, telling me about the company and listening to my needs. We received a very competitive estimate shortly after that. Other plumbers wanted two to three times more to perform the work. Kayla, the office manager, promptly sent a firm quote and got us on the schedule. Kayla was very responsive coordinating the work and a great representative of the company. NC Water Heaters sent out Jason, the water softener expert, to install my equipment. Jason was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job. This was not their equipment and I appreciate their taking the time to install the equipment that I had purchased.Rarely do you find a small business, especially a home improvement contractor, that runs as efficiently and effectively as NC Water Heaters. I will definitely consider them my new plumber and recommend them to everyone in the Triangle.

I utilized NCwaterheaters for installation of Rheem tank Water heater. The team was very thorough and professional. Dave especially is very knowledgeable about different water heater tanks and their functionality and history. Dave was also very prompt to answer my questions. I would recommend NCwaterheaters for anyone who is looking for professional tank water heater installation services. Though they offer other services, I didn't use them yet so I cannot comment.

We noticed mold on our wall in our family room. We had no idea why or where the leak was coming from. The tech came out (don't remember his name) and he identified a leak in the copper pipe coming from the water heater in the garage which shares the same wall as that of the family room. He replaced the copper pipe with such ease and didn't charge us an astronomical fee which has typically been our experience with most plumbers. He was very considerate and professional. The experience was so positive we even had NCWaterHeaters come back out to replace the drywall that was rotted as a result of the leak. If you want quality work completed, we highly recommend this company. We're using them again on another project!

I work for a restoration company in the Raleigh area. I had these folks uninstall and reinstall a water heater for one of our customers. Both appointments the guys were courteous and professional. Above all else the pricing was extremely reasonable. These folks will be my go to for further business.
